I got married in sihore (Gujarat) and came to my matrimonial house in mumbai. due to some disputes i left that house & started living with my parents now living in porbandar (Gujarat). Now it is almost 3 yrs i have separated from my husband. I had filed a case under crpc 125. court had passed monthly maintenance of 5000/- Rs. My husband is not giving this money.
I had not made any police complaints while living in mumbai.
I have already filed a Domestic violence case against my husband, his parent & sister in porbandar.
Now i want to file a case of 498 against him & his family members.
Can i file a 498 case in porbandar. Will it be only against my husband or it can be against his family members also ?
please guide me.
