Legal Question in Family Law in India

We got married in 2004 and have a son.Since from past 1 1/2 yrs, my wife has been staying at her parent's house due to difference of opinion.

Few days back, I'd beaten her angrily because of her arogance and she lodged police complaint against me.She even does not allow me to meet my son.Police told me to go to family court.

I don't want divorce at all.I want her to come back home and start happily living again.

Can you help me?

You should publicly tender unconditional apologies to her and seek her forgiveness for your foolish, boorish and criminal action. She or her relatives may seek your criminal prosecution possibly sending you behind the bars. Therefore, in order to avoid penal action, if good sense prevails upon you, seek their forgiveness.
