Legal Question in Family Law in India
We would like to get married under the Special Marriage act in Chennai India as I am not a Hindu & he is. We are in Nungambakkam & I dont know what I need to do..where to go..what we will need.
Please help.

With the office of sub divisional magistrate, you both jointly may apply for marriage under the special marriage act. the magistrate will give 30 days public notice and then you may get married.
