Legal Question in Family Law in India
We are married under the special marriage act since past 14 years. Recently my wife has started comming late and just walks in and out of the house as she likes without telling me her whereabouts.
Can I lock the door and restrict her entry into the house if she comes home late at night ?

First you should get a panchyat or register a complaint that your wife is missing whenever she is out of house in late hours.
Then it will be good ground to proceed.

Try to reach an amicable out of court settlement. The proper way out should be to talk to her and settle the disputes, if any. It may be better to listen to her problems and find a workable solution.
