Legal Question in Family Law in India

i was married and stayed with my husband for 1 year . i was having lot of problems with him and his parents . later he forced me out of his house saying he was going to another city due to tranfer in job and denied to take me with him, i hav proof against him as i have recorded his phone calls and he has not answered to my e-mails i sent to him asking where he is . his parents r also very cruel...i hav access to his father(my father in law) e-mail . where my father in law has written letters where he has mentioned to my husband to treat me cruelly and many letters in which has told him not to give me any money .

afetr finding out the above info abt him and his family i do not want to stay with him, as i will only be suffering if i reconcile. i want good amount of maintaince ...this is the only way i can punish him and his father. i want the case to prolong for a year or two....what steps shud i take...can i put any case against his father as i have the letter he has written to his son instigating againt me ?
