I got married on 14th feb 2011,my wife doesnot have understanding, she dont respect me and my family,she fights with me and abuses me,m really fed up of my life, i wnt to get divorce,kindly tell e is it possible.......and on which grounds........how can i convince my family for divorce.........we dont have child.

you can file case for seperation. Rest you know better about your family, how to convience, in this matter nobody can help you.

You have to wait for completion of 1 year of your marriage or else move an application u/s 14 of HM act for waiving of this statutory period . Once the court agrees with your reason of filing this application then you can file your Divorce petition . Whatever you have mentioned in your statement on this forum, it makes your case under Cruelty. Who is suffering ? you or your family .Then decide.
