Legal Question in Family Law in India

i got married on 30th nov 2010 and my wife went to her home on 28 jan 2011 and now she do not want to come my mom is not well, nd when ever i go to her home then my wife shouted on and said i did not come your home and i seems that she has boy frnd and her family is also dnt sent her,

so what can i do?

What do you want ? make up your mind then only i can guide you. Do you want her back knowing well that she has a boy friend or you want to be out of this relation.

with in one year you cannot file any matrimonial suit without the prior permission to the court so it is better to go to police station and loged a complain first then it is also better to go to the marriage councillor for councelling, if it is failed then come to the court.
