Legal Question in Family Law in India

i got married in 1992 at that time we are not registered my marriage. we want to register my marriage, how can i approach and is this possible.

riht now we have ration card for proof as husbund and wife relation. we have no photo graph of marriage. please suggest me.

yes you can register the marriage even now. contact local sub registrar's office for marriage registration..
