Legal Question in Family Law in India

i got married in 1992 at that time we are not registered my marriage. we want to register my marriage, how can i approach and is this possible.

riht now we have ration card for proof as husbund and wife relation. we have no photo graph of marriage. please suggest me.

Yes . you can take two witnesses who have attended your marriage and also take a gazetted officer who had attended your marriage.
