Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married .She tortured me and in one year Girl left to her parents house and dont know where she is staying.We are staying separately since from two years.I wont like to continue with her and would like to apply for the divorce even if she comes back also.please suggest.

File a petition for Divorce under any of the ground mentioned u/s 13 of HMA act against your wife .
