i'm getting married in few weeks and i want to know that is there a way that i can take precaution about dowry case as i'm not taking single penny from them. something like a contract or similar which help me to save myself and my family

Yes you can go for a nuptial agreement which are prevalent in USA and the west and now has started in India as well.
