Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married in 2009. My wife left the house three months back from my in laws home. She is currently living with her friend. She is not attending any calls or not even speaking with anyone. Niether her parents nor to me. I am trying for reconcilation but she is not willing for that. Even i am asking for divorce she is not agreeing for that as well. We have some misunderstandings and i am doubtiong that she may file 498,498a against me and my family. How can i save my self from this situation. Pls help.

have received any call from Police regarding 498A, please file for Anticipatory Bail for you and your family. File for restitution of Conjugal Rights in the Family Court if you want your wife back.

if she is not talking to any one, why do u think she will file 498A. As suggested above, you may file restitution of conjugal address and serve her at her last known address

Ill suggest you that you should immediately file a Petition of Sec. 9 of Hindu Marriage Act.
