im a married woman. my husband wants divorce from me( on the ground of cruelty )but i dont want divorce. plz can u tell me about my legal rights. thanks

For speedy remedy, move under DV Act, apply residential order in husband's house not to be evicted from his house

you can defend the case and demand the court to live seperately or alongwith him, without divorce.
