Legal Question in Family Law in India

If a married woman already having kids leaves her husband's home and does not return back to home. Even husband does not know where she is after searching a lot. Now it is more than 3 years that he did not get any information about her.

He is interested to get married again. Can you please suggest, in this situation what he should do to go ahead.

The period is 7 years and not 3 years for a person to assume dead . So you have to wait for another 4 years for your next marriage.
