Legal Question in Family Law in India

We got married in the yaer 2008. After one yaer of marriage my wife left me and when asked she was telling that she got married because of her parents and her father has told her to leave the matimonial house after one year of marriage. Can i file a cheating case against my wife and her family. How effective will it be. And can this be evident if a false 498 case is filed against me.

just because the marriage was done under parental pressure, is no ground for initiating criminal case against your wife. however, you may defend yourself in 498a case on this ground.
