Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am married for about 1 year back and my wife is staying seperately from me since last three months. Till now my marriage is not consumated. Can i file for annulment of my marriage. My only concern is if i file for the annulment of marriage can my wife file for 498 case against me.

yes, you may file for annulment of marriage but before that try to settle the matter amicably. remember that the annulment needs to be filed within 1 year of marriage.
