Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married last year. But we had no understanding ya physical relationship. So we were waiting for one year to complete to go for mutual divorce. But Now my husband had filed divorce under section 12. But all his claims are false. So can i go for mutual divorce as already one application as been filed

you may sort this out with your husband and go for divorce by mutual consent.
