Legal Question in Family Law in India
We are married 6 years ago and we have a child aged 2 years now..
Last year in the month of February, 2012.. i found that my wife is in secret communication with other guy. Then Immediately, I took her to her parents home and informed her father to investigate in this matter and get back to me.. the did not responded back to me for 4 months and later, my wife called me and confirmed me that she has done this act and want to provide the reasons for it. I met her and listen to her and she said that she is been threatened to do so. Later i have asked her parents to come to home and drop her and they did not drop her till date. I met her father several times in this period asking when are you sending my wife with me, they are just keep on postponing the dates. I wish to live with my wife as i do not want to get away with my responsibility to take care of my wife and 2 year old daughter even though my wife did not informing me that someone has threatened her while she is with me.
Though i have the fool-proof of all the messages that were exchanged between my wife and that 3rd person, i do not want to get into that.
Can I use section 9 of families act to get my wife to my home immediately.
Their parents are now pressuring me to stay near to their house, else they will not let their daughter stay with me.

(1) Mr. If your wife is not agree to come with u, then what u do?
(2) Why your wife is not come with u, any reason.
(3) your child with u or your wife?
(4) you propose her for picnic or lunch or dinner?
(5) You meet her alone and discuss about the problem and try to solve the problem, and if any common friend or relative of both side agree for discuss u invite him/her/them and solve the problem.
(6) You think about your child future and your future.
(7) You contact local lawyer and take advise.
