Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have been married 15 years back, but since this 15 years, she is always trying to creat some unwanted quarrels unwanted, problems with my mother and sisters, saying that they are harming and abusing er. But I finally understood that she is beeing poked by her sisters, who are misguiding her and at the same she also is of such kind as her sisters who are having good relations with males than females.

And on the other side she also used to threaten me that she would give a police report adding that police people will always support ladies than gents.

Because of all this facings since 15 years I met with an heart attack 4 years back. And on the other side as I am born in a respected and rich family having good name in my village, I could not take direct decision to give divorse as my parents warned me that it is not good on our part to do so and also added that god is there to take necessary action and also may make her to be proper from any day.

But I dont think so. And Mean while my son who is now 3 years boy has become at suppportive point to black mail me keeping him in middle and creating a big harrassment, for which we had to keep silent for nothing, seeing my son's (small kid) face..

Now I severely made up my mind to apply for divorse even though my parents say no. In this connection I would like to know where my child will stay after dirvorse, weather with me or with her.

Kindly let me know, I am very much worried of him. I dont like spoiling his life.
