Legal Question in Family Law in India

i got married two years back my husband and in laws never behaved with me like humans . i left my matrimonial home . i filed dv case while my husband filed divorce case ... aggravated allegations from his side forced me to go to caw . he returned few of my articles even few artificial jewellery how ever in the police recovery raid i got few of my articles back now even the real jewellery as well as the jewellery which he claimed that i had worn while leaving my matrimonial .. now 406 and 498 a have been registered against him my case is in mediation but my husbands is the only son of his parents his my in laws have 3 houses located in different locations .. my mother in law claims that she has finished all relations with me and him now in mediation he says that he wants to live with me but not in his properties but on a very small rented house ....pls guide is it correct to go with him or he is only trying to mis guide me to finish the allegations against his family ....

It may not be safe to live with him again in view of his past proven bad behaviour. You should better pursue your criminal case filed before CAW. You may also consider divorcing him on mutually agreed terms to avoid litigation.
