Legal Question in Family Law in India

i got married 2 years back . my husband and in laws threw me out of my matrimonial house i went for dv case while he applied for the divorce case .. all his cases are even filed from my matrimonial home itself . However even the summons supplied to him was on the same adress . during the police raid i recovered few jewellery articles and other valuables and clothes from the matrimonial home itself . now my matrimonial home is in the name of my mother in law and now although my husband is residing there itself but on papers i got a notice that my mother in law has finished all relations from me and my husband and now my husband pretends to live on rent . i want to ask do i still have the right to shelter under domestic voilence act .
