Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have been married for the last 4 years, however my husband who is a central govt employee has been in a relationship with a lady elder to him for the last 8 years. His parents knew about this and yet got us married. I have a 3.5 year old daughter. I want a divorce from him on a mutual consent. I did not go for a domestic violence case as yet bcoz I know this will cause a lot of problems to my family even though I am not wrong. We had a meeting last week which included his parents & my family along with his elder uncle who has been trying to pacify us to be calm. However now when i spoke about alimony he is ready to pay me 10,000 /- monthly and he has a 1 room flat in nallasopara where his divorced sister resides, he says he will transfer that flat on my name. However he has taken a loan from Bank of Baroda for this flat so I cannot accept this flat as Im not responsible for the loan. Also my husband is very bad when it come to money matters, never pays on time to banks or for his credit card payments. Hence i had asked for a one time payment which he refused. Even he he clears the loan & sells the flat to pay me the money the amount will not be more then 5 to 6 lacs which is peanuts in todays situtation. Im a working women, however I feel making him pay more would be one way of punishing him for all that he & his family has done. Kindly suggest what can be done about this as I want to extract more money from him so that he gets a pinch everyday in his life & my daughters and my life can be better to some extent.
