Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am married since last 12 Years with two kids Age 12 & 8. My wife's behaviour has been very hyper since our marriage and has been more hyper as many years has been passed. I live in another city other than my home town and my parent's has no influence on my decisions. My wife beahaviour is very pshycic and not tolerable.These many years I have been trying to mentor and forgive her but she does not change. I tried that my should not fail. Now I need a divorce as I can not tolerate more. I am 40 Years and purchased a land and flat in my wife's name which I brought with my own hard work. Please suggest me on divorce, her legal rights & child (Son 12 Years & Daughter 8 Years) custody once separated. I will prefer to keep my both kids ( As both are innocent and I love them a lot ) with me and will be interested in one time settlement instead of maintenance.

Ask her for Mutual Consent Divorce or else you will face lot problems in contesting divorce under any of the grounds mentioned in the act which you would be taking in your petition aginst your wife. Legally you have no right in the property as it is in your wifes name.
