Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am married for 7 years now. My wife could not conceive all these years (The problem was in her reproduction system). Mutually we decided to go for test tube baby in Sept-09. Today she is 9 months pregnant with 'my' twins.

In the meantime she had friendship with one of her coleague in another branch since 2008. He used to support her emotionally. He expressed his feelings to her in Jan-09. She consented on Valentine day 09. Then they started coming closer. How much closer I am not aware. She says she was not involved with him. At this point of time I cannot talk to her considering her condition. May be it won't be possible for next 2 to 4 months considering its impact on my children.

He has all the intricate details of our relationship. He gave me some evidences in which cases I had doubt in my mind. However, due to trust I had in my wife I neglected them. However, today if I think about them, it shows her involvement in him.

Both of them are saying they never took final step. But the extent of involvement is not clear due to above explained circumstances.

Can I ask for divorce on such circumstances later, when the fog clears in coming months? As a proof I don't have anything other than my wife's confession letter. The crux of letter is given in above description. What is your advice to me in this case, how I should handle this issue?

Stay cool and give her some more space. Coming closer to colleagues at work place is normal. they spend almost equal time together as is spent home; and at times may be more excluding the time you are sleeping. In my opinion you may destroying your family life without any cause, may be just because of a wrong 'mind-set'. You should rather talk to your wife more frankly, seek her own counsel, try to express your faith and confidence in her and extend more love and affection than before.
