Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have been married since three 1/2 years My wife with one kid of 3yrs.We had aqurrell in the month of Nov09. past six months i am trying to convince my wife and inlaws. but they are in no mood to get back her . and are demanding for mutual consent. I am not willing to go for neither mutual nor Divorce. Please help and suggest
