Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi.. I am married for 4 years now. I have a 3 yr old child. My husband forces me to live with his parents and sister. They live in a house which is in my husband's name..But my in-laws also have contributed some money while constructing that house. When i go to that house, my in-laws harass me. My Motherin law does not give me food to eat.. If at she gives me stale food.. She wont give me water to drink. My brother-in-law, sister-in-law will keep stalking me on each and everything. My father in law will forcefully take my child away from me.. I wont even know where they are gone.. My father in law purposely leaves the child to play with street dogs.

My husband gives a deaf ear to all this.. What do i do?.. Is there any legal recourse to this?

You can take all sorts of actions against your husband and inlaws. But proceeding further you have to think ateals twice. and also have to take serious advise and discussions from some good Lawyer
