Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am married since 10 yrs back. i have 2 children. now I got seperated from my spouse. i am going to try for divorce. i wanted to know, if a bride is above 18 and bridegroom is below 21, is that marriage considered void? my spouse was under the age of 21 at time of marriage, which I was unaware of. i was 23 at the time of marriage. will this point be useful for me in any way. plz answer me as soon as possible.

you may file a suit for declaration that the marriage is void ab initio.
