Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married 5 yrs 5 months back & separated after 6 months of marriage. I lived with his family & at that time he was serving in another city. The reason for separation is domestic violence & money demand. After 1 yr, he filed divorce case on the basis of crulty but the case was dismissed & I was not ready for divorce at that time. The case duration was 3 yrs & 8 months. He was not ready to give any compensation. I applied for maintenance & got maintenance which was very less.

He is working in s/w company which is out of state of mine. Last week, I got information about him that he is in USA (onsite location). We have many times contacted his family thr our relatives but they did not say that he is in USA & they are not ready to give maintenance to me. I last week filed case for maintenance at my place. Now, I am ready for divorce. It will be easier to file case divorce by mutual consent. I have his emp ID also. I can't directly contact him. Should I contact his company (HR dept) & tell the whole case to them? Please suggest me the ways.
