Legal Question in Family Law in India
My marrige is held on 27th may,2010.I stayed with my wife at nearly 10 months. but my wife did some mistakes like she joined a job in feb'2011 upto jul'2011,problem is she went only for 2 months only, she would go to job even saturdays also, I stayed in home, she went back at 9'0 clock, but she did not went to job, she went to her friends room.
Actually I need divorse, but she is not accept, from last 14 months we are staying separartely, but their parents also not coming to us.
Is it possible for my case, divorse come to me.
Because last year, their parents only asked me for settlement, but I asked time, after that I accepted and informed to them. she also not showing interest, but not giving divorse.
Please give the suggestion...

you may file an application for divorce as a matter of right, but still you should try to resolve petty family issues and get back to life in a normal manner
