i want to be get married with a girl who is married and have a child 8 yrs old but her husband is not ready to give her divorse.
she is now 26 yrs and when c got married she was of 15 yrs old.
her husband is 12 to 15 years elder than her.
i wanna get married to her as she is also happy to live with me.
i am of 24.
could you tell me what is the best way to get married?
as her husband will not ready to give her divorse.
plz tell me fast...

of course the best bet is first to get divorce. Otherwise, bigamy is an offence under Indian Penal code.
An offshoot thinking is, if the girl may agree to leave her husband after being with him for 11 years, what is the guarantee that she will not leave you for some one else with some thing better than you. Please think before you decide. You are 24 you will find any match today. That way two families can be saved.

The best way is ask her to seek divorce and get a decree.
Its certainly is not a easy task without any grounds.
