we have marry last 3 yrs. back..thereafter myhusband and my mother in law started tissing and in fealthy languages tortured me and told to me to return back your fathers home.........take money for you i don'nt ahve to maintain.....by this time my daughter born .... then again staeted saying tget out and take money for you and your baby ........i don'nt have to look after your daughter....my father is a retired man .........it was regular happenings ..........specially my husband tortured me using very dirty languages and some times physically too. inspite of my several appeal his mother i mean mother in law never ..........last happenings one night my husband started as usual ......me protest...... and told please behaved properly unless otherwise i will compel to report before police about you...then he angrilly pushed me on the bed and then pressed pellow on my face and threatened me i will kill you.................next morning i left to mothers house and lodged a general dairy for 498a and 360 .....(hear that after lomg [police arrest him and under police custody) please advice me whatis consequences and mywhat would be my next.......for me and my 8 months daughter .....please.

you may go for a complaint under Domestic Violence Act and also seek maintenance.

The best way for you would be to file a petition under the DV Act and claim for interim maintenance and residence.
