Legal Question in Family Law in India
I want to mary a girl and we both are Hindu, so if we marry in traditional way and later on register for the marriage.
Do any proof of marriage required to register the marriage ? What sort of proof if yes ?
Do notice is send to the addresses of couples in this case ?
How much time it would take to register the marriage ?
It's a love marriage so of-course family members would not be there at time of marriage.

If you guys are going for a traditional marriage and thereafter want to get it registered the following things are required for the registration of marriage: -
1. Passport size Photographs 4 (both husband & wife)
2. Age Proof (High School Mark sheet) (both husband & wife)
3. Address Proof
4. Photo I.D.
5. Marriage Card
6. Certificate from a Gazzeted Officer ((3 Copies in Original)
No notice is not sent in case of Marriage Registration.
It takes just one day.
