Legal Question in Family Law in India
my maternal grand mother had one residential at Hyderabad and one at Vijayawada. She died leaving behind her husband, one daugter ( my mother ) and two brothers. My mother along with her father and elder brother had released one of the properties to her younger brother. There is no mention about the second prperty in the release deed. Do I have the right to challenge ( legally) my mother's action and claim share in my maternal grand mothers property
