Matrimonial Dispute
mine was an arranged marriage on 22-4-02 I married her with plaster on her feet.problem started when her feet get going due to interference of her mother & brother. on 3.5.08 she attempted to murder me with knife in self defense I protected my self but got 7 stiches on my arm.latter in police stn forced compromise has taken place in which she signed the document in which she asks for forgiveness alongwith her mother.latter someone from her family filled a false complaint without any sign to CAW cell there also forced compromise.after that due to her harassments my 45% disable mother sent a written complaint to commissioners of police and filled DV Act case on me and my wife.in reciprocal she filed d v act case on me on 8.1.09 after giving statement to sho/police stn that she do't have any complaints on 3.1.09 in caw cell.she leaves my house at her will and comes back on her own will without informing me.how should I stop her mother interference in my family / get rid of her/ can I take the custody of my 6yrs old child, as her brother is divorcee and same problems is her sister giving to her husband.
