Re: matrimonial disputes
Dear friend,
As a legal advice from me, regarding your parents and other family memberm,
1.they can file a writ petition in High Court, against the harasment by the lady and the police.
2.They can move the concerned court for bail and at the relevant time of the proceedings, they would be discharged from the case.
As regards you, the Indian law is very much in favour of women. You will have to face the music of pangs of law, but if you engage a good lawyer, he may bring you out of the same very safely. Remember, fee is not the criteria for adjudging the capability of a lawyer. He must be intelligent and have good knowledge.
