Re: About Matrimonial
if you have decided that you do cannot live with her then you can filed for divorce/annulment of teh marraige on teh ground of fraud
Re: About Matrimonial
The best course for you would be to apply to court for a decree of annulemnt of marriage or a decree of divorce. In the facts given by you, your chances of success are good.
Of course, she may very well carry out her threat to file a case against you, which you may have to defend.
In any case, you are the one who should decide whether to continue in the present circumstances or to break away and lead a new life.
Re: About Matrimonial
collect as much documentry proof as u can and when u collect sufficient proof of her illness and wrong date of birth and other lies then give her a notice for divorce on these grounds and you will get divorce.
you will also get benefit and safety in criminal matters also which they may file against you.
Re: About Matrimonial
You have not disclosed the type of illness of your wife. However, you may file petition in the concerned court against your wife to declare the marriage voidable by stating that wife has suppressed the material facts and played fraud with you i.e. her illness & wrong date of birth etc etc. This steps you have to take at the earlist. Re: About Matrimonial
Its a clear case of cheating and you may proceed against your in-laws
Re: About Matrimonial
You must take a decision before taking any step. marriage is a kind of compromise which definately can not stand on falsehood. As for concealment is concerned then same is definately a case of fraud and you can approach court and can seek divorce/annulment of marriage on this ground.
