what is the maximum time in which a DVA case can be closed..my daughter filed DVA 1.5 years back till date nothing has happened and the guy is adamant for divorce..Fir was filed and they got bail.

despite the fact the DVA case needs to be disposed off within months, its a pity that the same is lingered on on one pretext or the other. however, your lawyer may submit the court the urgency of disposal.
