Legal Question in Family Law in India

How much maximum time(years) a divorce case take? Is there any time specified by the court? As per my experience in india Divorce process is so slow. I'm waiting from four years for my divorce . But till now it has been solved.Is there any option that one can marry again in between his divorce case is running. My problem is that I want 2 marry a girl & she is waiting for me from last 4 years. Now her family is not agreed to wait any more.
