Legal Question in Family Law in India

i was mba graduate used to job y maaraige was on12-2-2011 i was driven out by my in laws o 9-4-2012 ad eve i lost my job so can i get maintainance from my hus and dowry back without applying for divorce .if they apply for ivorce howing this as reason will i get divorce help me .
