Measures To Protect Boy From Legal Harrasment From Estranged Wife

Please provide your valuable advice on following situation

The girl, married for just 1 year, has left husband�s place on May 2012,accompanied by her father, without boy�s consent.

Till date, the boy requested the girl innumerable times over phone to return to husband�s place. Boy has not gone to girl�s place to take her back personally as relationship between boy and his father-in �law is pretty sour.

Also,3 personal letters have been sent to girl�s family(1-From Boy To Wife; Remaining 2 : From Boy�s father to Girl�s father)for reconciliation, with no written reply from them.

However ,on boys� family�s request ,girls� parents(without the girl),came for a discussion,(assumed to be reconciliatory ),but meeting did not bring any solution as girl�s party abruptly left the place.

Under this circumstances, what further action can be taken by the boy to safe-guard himself so that girl�s family may not make false allegation of non-cooperation from the boy�s side?
