Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a Mechanical design engineer from Bangalore. I married a girl on Feb�2008 and wish of my parents and her parents in my native place (Dindigul district, Tamilnadu) .Her father is working in nationalized bank in Dindigul district and her mother is working in District Munisif cum judicial magistrate as a junior bailiff in dindigul district, Tamilnadu.

After marriage both are stayed in Hyderabad for seven months. After my wife delivery she is staying with my female child in my hometown with my parents. After two months my wife went to complaint as �Female Child killing �in women police station on Oct�2009.After police enquiry ,my wife with the help of her mother brothers with 20 people ,forcefully write in a paper as �Both are agree with judicial separation for six months�. After two days I consult with lawyer, applying judicial separation in district court for one year.

At the end of one year (Oct �2010), she and my child came to my home -town with court summon order copy. At the time my lawyer suggested �don�t complaint in police station �.I did not move any steps.

In May 2011 her parents are came to my house and fight with me and get some visible injured for me and her father .My father have suffered invisible injured ,now he is suffering bone joint in hand.

Her parents make complaint in local police station. After enquiry in police station, myself and my father is charge and kept in district jail for 9 days. As per my instruction my mother is not staying in my house for first three days. After three days with the help of another junior lawyer get anti bail for mother. After nine days we (Me and father) come out of jail.

Due to rejoining of my office work in Bangalore, I consulting a criminal lawyer in my home town. With the help of this lawyer I demolishing conditional period in court.

After 10 days my wife is cheating and hitting my mother. My mother and father went to local police station and make a complaint. As per the criminal lawyer suggestion myself, my mother and father are come out of my home town and staying in Bangalore still now.

With the help of lawyer said � Again my wife is complaint about dowry harassment in women police station�.But I did not call from local police station.

Now I going to apply to file divorce with the help of criminal lawyer in my district court(Tamilnadu).

1) Can I give my wife certificate (Yes or No),If yes means what will happen?

2)

(a) Before filing divorce file ,Is it compulsory have to give my wife gold

ornaments (10 soverign)

(b) or when I have to give

(c) or if I not give to wife means what will happen(Why because I spend a lot of

money for above problem in court and police station and also 10 soverign gold

are kept in the bank under gold loan scheme since Dec�2010)

Please provide answer to me.
