What is Mediation ? I have got stay in arrest from Allahabad High court recently? How long hearing will take in Mediation ? Will stay continue during Mediation?

Mediation is the process wherein the parties themselves participate and find the solution amicably with the pursuance of Mediator. It is a very positive effort. It does not affect stay granted by the court.

Dates before the mediator can be conveniently fixed.
