Legal Question in Family Law in India

Who are the members of a Hindu Undivided Family that can stake claim on property through the corparcener?

I am aware that a person who is a coparcener can't claim, but there are cetain instances where they can claim through the coparcener.

I shall be highyl obliged if you let me know.

Whether the property is ancestral or not and who are coparceners is a question of fact. So consult lawyer with full details.
