Legal Question in Family Law in India

we are members of a sikh family living in H.P as our family is having ancestoral land from the six generations as my father was having one brother and one sister all of our ancestoral prorerty is in joint name of my father and uncle my uncle hasn't married so he is willing to give his share of proprty to one of my real brother and he has already made a will on his name . we are in total eight brothers and sisters and my aunt is already dead however she was having five childrens . so my question is can i claim the share in the property? what are the chances of getting share in the property of my uncle as he is very old and suffering from cancer, after his death.
