mera 489a ka case dedh saal se chal raha h.kya ab m gharelu hinsa act 2005 k tahat ek case or file kar sakti hun.? jabki mujhe mere pati ka ghar chhore 1.1/5 saal ho chuke hain.ye case file karne ka procedure kya h.?
