mera divorce ka case chal raha h. ab tak 2 hearings ho chuki hain. unme mere pati nahi aaye lekin unka vakeel aaya tha. kya mere pati ka na aane se mujhe divorce jaldi mil jaega..? arag agli hearing pe bhi wo na aaye to divorce lene me kitna waqt lagega.?

divorce ek civil matter hai aur aapke pati ke lawyer aapke pati ko represent kar sakte hai.

Divorce lena itna aasaan nahi hota.

If ur lawyer is expert and other party did not appear even then it takes around 4-6 months.

But now his lawyer is appearing hence it all depends upon your lawyer.
