Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi ,mere bhai par 498a unaki wife ne kiya he,usame mere bhai,mere mom,dad didi,jiju,me ,mere pati in sabka naam he,mere bhai ne unaki wife ko divorce ka notice beja tha .usake 10 din baad usane ham logon par 498 ka case kar diya.
shadi ke 8 mahine baad wo aapane mom ke pass gayi aur wahan se case kiya.ham 1 saal se ye muskil uta rahe he,muje aap se ye puchana he ki ,kya mera bhai dusari shadi kar sakata he?agar hame unko jawab dena he to hame kya karna padega?family court se hame kese help milegi?hame koi bi sahi jawab nahi de raha ,hamara loyer bi un logon se ja mila he,mere bhai ki wife vapis aana chahati he lekin mere gharwale nahi chahate ki wo vapis aaye.loyer keheta he ki use vapis lana padega,nahi to accha nahi hoga.aap hi kuch suzav de ki ham kya kare? please jaladi karna
