mere husband ne divorce case file kiya hai maine bhi 498 a file kiya hai coz divorce unhone sirf is wajah se de rahe hai coz vo pune me flat ki demand kar rahe the par jb unhe clear ho gaya ki vo flat nahi le payenge to hindu marriage act 1955 13 (1)(i) divorce file kiya hai usme mediation cell me hame bulaya gaya waha un logo ne bola ki maine ye case divorce case ke baad file kya hai mai uska kya ans karu n mujhe kya bolna chahiye mai divorce nahi chahti kya karu mere next mediation date 20 oct ko hai kya koi aisa rule hai ki mera divorce na ho mujhe koi demand nahi karni hai unse bas itna ki unhe galti ka ehsaas ho vo mujhse bol rahe hai ki tum mujhse alag hokar khush rahogi isliye divorce chahte hai but i think kuch aur problem hai
