im merried before 6month aso.i filed suit for divorce from my husband base on crulty.court sent him summons to present before the court but my hubby refused to take it.

in case there is refusal, it would be deemed service and the court may pass ex parte order in your favour.

it is so generous of you to still consider him an hubby. May be there is a chance to save the marriage. However, legally speaking, if your husband has refused and the summons have come back with such endorsement then only the court would consider it deemed service or else the court will send them again.
