Legal Question in Family Law in India

if I merry with a person who has not get divorce and not living with his wife from last 5 yrs. and if I merry him according to Muslim religion then. pls tell me the solution if his wife will not ready to give him a divorce and also not ready to live with him then what will we do. is there anyway to get merry with him. we both

are from Hindu religion; we both have children I have 8 yr old child and he has two children girl is 11yr old child and 14 yr old boy.
